Week 68

Makin kita nak kurangkan berat...makin banyak laks yg naik...tak taw ni berat air ke berat lemak ke apa..yg pasti..berat bertambah dgn teruknya....alahai..
ingatkan nak wat surprise untuk diri sendiri..last2 mmg btl2 surprise la...
berat pada jumaat lepas telah menjadi 81.9kg...omg...apakah yg telah terjadi pada diri ini????

alahai...mcm manalah nak fit in kebaya untuk asean univeristy games 2-3 hari lagik nih...???
degil betulllah..sapa suruh makan byk sgt...kan dah naik berat...aduh ..sedih dan sgt sedih...bukan sebab berat naik..tp sebab diri sendiri yg terlalu mengikut nafsu..makan macam2....nilah akibatnya...

Minggu yang Sibuk

Minggu ni mcm minggu lepas juga...berat badan terkini blm boleh update lagi..tp rasanay mcm stagnant jer...
kesalahan pada minggu ni -
1. ambil shakes untuk sarapan saja.
2. minum coke dan adik beradik yg lain (100 + la, mcm2)... kesannya perut sudah kembung
3. tak sempat nak bersenam...busy woo..balik rumah dah penat jiwa dan raga...

amalan baik minggu ni laks -
1. main bowling...sakit pinggang dan badan..ptg ni ada pertandingan...
2. ceria..minggu ni kurang marah...
3. tu ajelah..eheh

Kena Puji...happy la...

Hehe...kat atas ni adalah muka orang happy...rasanya gambar ni tak pernah masuk blog lagi..kalau dah ada sorry la..jenuh nak cari gambar muka yg kelihatan happy...

Kenapa saya happy? sebab Doctor di univ ni tegur, "you are losing your weight. We can see it." We lagi tu...maknanya ramailah yg perasan bahawa diriku ini sudah mengecil..tak kurang berat banyak2 pun tak apalah...janji org perasan saya ni dah kecik..eheh..happy..

And satu lagi..wpun berat main naik turun jer..bila buat tag game pagi tadi..i realize that i've lost 3.4kg within 1 year..happy giler...maybe not much..tp still wpun hilang 3.4kg..im very happy...

Ehehe...hari ni g kerja mcm biasa...tp sebelum tenggelam dlm kesibukan, i decide to share something dgn kwn2...

Jadi, pagi tadi saya telah bersenam selama 30 minit dan jarak kayuhan/jalan kaki (buat 2 in 1) menggunakan orbitrac saya adalah sejauh 11 km...eheh..jauh eh...sblm ni buat 20 mins jer..igtkan cukup..rupanya tak...

mcm biasa, bila dah bersenam, mestilah badan rasa ringan dan sihat..petang ni kalau larat nak buat 1 kali lagi.... :)

Week 65

Dear all...sorry sbb sunyi sepi minggu ni..

1. Saya xder kat office sebab pegi trenning dan trenning itu tlh memprovide 3 kali makan - minum pkl 10, mkn thari, minum ptg... nasib baik dpt control portion..mmg mkn dgn sgt sedikit sampai kawan2 pun tegur..haha...nak rasa jer..
2. shakes masih lagi sekali sehari..usaha..usaha...
3. senaman- instead of naik pet baru (orbitrac) everyday...saya g main bowling, main pet dan tgk tv..poco2 masa trenning boleh kira tak..tak masuk ciken dance lagi..
4. nasi - everyday mkn nasi-wpun plan nak kurangkan pengambilan nasi cthnya 3 hari seminggu ker..tp portion dikecilkan sedikit..kena usaha lagi
5. tgh rajin sapu losyen pati halia kat paha..dah 4 hari dah...nak tengok after 1 week mcm mana...
6. dah mula makan supplemen - vit e (untuk mencerahkan kulit dan memudarkan parut) dan epo (untuk ejas balik hormon)
7. perut nampak kecillll kalau compare dgn dulu2...rugi arr sbb tak sempat nak ambil gambar...next time la ye...tp still buncit lagi...cuma dah kurang buncitnya...
8. saya lebih happy dan taknak fokus kepada result semata2...janji saya feel good abt myself... n dats why saya hanya akan update perkembangan sebulan sekali...n wpun tak update untuk minggu ni...berat sikittttttt ada turun juga.....hehe...

Week 64

Aduihs....
selera makan masih lagi memuncak dan begitu sukar untuk di kawal sekaligus menajadikan shakes sekali sehari.

Manage to buat senaman, tapi taklah 2 kali sehari seperti yg dicita-citakan..ada 2-3 hari jer buat 2 kali sehari..selepasnya sekali sehari je la....

apa2pun...dengan gembira...wpun taklah gembira sangat, berat telah menjadi 80.0kg

Nak lagi gembira? kena reach 75.0kg...bilalah agaknya ni...

berusaha terus-terusan sepenuh jiwa dan raga..jgn mengalah... (ni semangat untuk diri sendriri nih..)

jadi- dengan ini, saya bercita-cita akan mengumumkan perkembangan berat badan sebanyak sebulan sekali...wpun mungkin dlm tempoh masa tu ada gak naik mesin penimbang..tp taknak umumkan...kalau dapat avoid mesin tu lagi ok...

saya cuba untuk sebulan dulu...so, berat seterusnya akan diambil pada 5 Disember 2008.
So, tunggu je lah yea.....

Miscellaneous Update

Apa kaitan gambar kat atas tu dengan update hari ni???
Gambar tu menunjukkan celebration dan hari ni saya nak celebrate kerana berjaya impliment salah satu tindakan pembetulan yang telah saya sasarkan minggu lepas. :)

Tindakan yang mana satu? - Tindakan untuk membuat workout sebanyak 2 kali sehari iaitu sebelum pegi keje dan selepas balik dari keje pada petang nya....Alhamdulillah, berjaya gak...dan guess what..wpun masa buat senaman tu rasa mcm penat gilosh, tp bila amsuk kerja, rasa segar jer...huhuhu..i like....n mlm laks..sng jer nak lelapkan mata..kena berusaha meneruskan perjuangan ni...

Walau bagaimanapun, tindakan pembetulan yang lain blm lagi dpt dicapai..termasuklah 2 shakes per day...apa jadi ni...dlm minggu ni, selera makan tu, rasanya mcm sampai ke langit ke 7....end up dgn makan mcm2..nasib baik pagi2 sempat minum shakes...hari ni kena berusaha lebih kuat menahan godaan ni semua......

Okla..nak kena gerak dulu...lps ni..saya ada taklimat Floor Manager Asean University Games 2008..ala..yg saya citer dulu2 tu...tapi masa tu saya dicalonkan sebagai emcee...sekarang sudah tukar..saya menjadi floor manager terpendek semasa kejohanan tu nanti...harhar....agak2 diorang boleh tak allocate saya nanti??? dan plg mengharukan...we need to wear kebaya semasa bertugas...kebaya and seluar panjang...pergi try seluar panjang dekat serata kedai di kuching ni dan satu pun tak berkenan..kena jumpa tailorlah nampaknya...g potong seluar laks...

Dan kerana itulah juga saya berazam untuk bersenam pagi dan petang setiap hari..biar lebih fit...

Week 63

Dengan dukacita, saya memaklumkan, minggu ni berat saya naik semula....
it's 80.5kg...
tapi, saya boleh listkan kenapa berat saya naik. Ini adalah kerana;
1. dalam seminggu ni asyik buat maintenance jer (1 shake per day)
2. dalam seminggu ni asyik makan kuih raya jer...
3. dalam seminggu ni..kuat giler makan...
4. malam tadi, makan banyak giler....huish..gilosh ke apa...
5. dah masuk minggu ke 2 buat excercise, muscle naik sikit...sikit jer pun...
6. dekat nak period..(patut pun selera amkan semacam...)
7. meeting banyak....so, kenalah makan....

walau bagamanapun, sebagai seorang yang kuat semangat - tambah2 lagi kawan2 sudah sering memuji bahawa badan dan perut ku ini sudah mengecil...saya tidak akan berhenti di sini...

So, ni dia langkah/tindakan pembetulan yang akan diambil dan minggu depan, saya nak timbang lagi...
1. nak kerapkan lagi senaman..pagi dan petang kalau boleh. Cakap pasal senaman, 1st to 7th days dulu, saya akan berhenti tak sampai 5 minit pun..skrg stamina ada ok juga...yesterday dah boleh cycle + walking (air walk), buat gilir-gilirlah sejauh 6km...mlm tadi baut lagik...8km...wah ,..ini sudah maju....so...tindakan selanjutnya adalah bersenam selepas subuh dan petang...2 kali seharilah kononnya....
2. Ambil 2 shakes sehari...last week buat maintenance jer..tu pasal arr mendadak dangdut (eh mendadak naik) tu...
3. Berat air je agaknya, sbb senang sangat berat nak naik......
4. tak payah letak banyak2 tindakan pembetulan..sikit2 dulu..n kita tengok berkesan ke tak....

Okla kawan2....no worry ya.....teruskan berusaha dan jangan putus asa....

Week 60 & Week 61

Week 58: 26 Sep 08 = 78.4kg (apa sudah jadi!)
Week 59: 3 Oct 08 = n/a
Week 60: 10 Oct 08 = 80.5 kg (naik 2.1kg)
Week 61: 17 Oct 08 = 78.2 kg ( wallauwee..turun 2.3kg. Gilosh)

Hahah jer perkembanga di atas tu..sebelum balik raya, berat saya adalah 78.4 kg. Balik dari kampung (skip shakes abt 2 minggu), berat naik 2.1kg menjadi 80.5kg. Start shakes abt 1 week and 1 day puasa ganti, turun lebih banyak dari kenaikan sebelum ni iaitu 2.3kg menjadikan berat beta 78.2 kg.

ok..lepas ni ada meeting, kena stop dulu ek..tata...n..lalalalala...

Baru balik dari bengkel/meeting dan ada lagi kawan told me that im losing weight...haha....
sebenarnya ada org bagitau dia yg saya dah kecik sket n she told me it's true...saya nampak dah kecik sikittt...oklah tu..berbunga jugaklah hati ni...:))

3) Write a story about what happen when your friends,relatives,family members seen the new changes or comments about you after consuming the miracle shakes.
4) Posting of your pictures & accompanied with stories from 13th October 2008- 24th October 2008.

5) This is a voting competition. You can invite your friends to come and support you. However, before your friend able to do so, they will be required to register to this forum to have the access of voting and do email to herbydiets@herbydiets.com to tell us your friend who invited you to join this forum and also the user id that you have registered in this forum. Administrator will then activate the account.

Tak ramai yang sedar that im losing weight. sebab, walaupun berat dah turun, tapi perubahan tidak begitu ketara. Mungkin kerana penurunan berlaku secara sangat perlahan. Selain daripada itu, jumlah berat yang turun juga sedikit.
Hanya rakan-rakan terdekat yang sedar akan perubahan saya. Sebelum ni perut saya boroi giler..bayangkan ketika berputus untuk mencuba herbalife, berat saya adalah 89 kg dengan ukuran pinggang 38 inci. Sekarang saya sudah mampu tersenyum ketika menyarungkan jeans dan slack bersize 34 inci biarpun perut masih lagi eklihatan buncit dan spare tyre jelas kelihatan. Berat terkini tak pasti lagi sbb setelah menangguhkan pengambilan shakes semasa hari raya, berat saya adalah sekitar 80kg.
Kelmarin ketika menggayakan kebaya biru gelap ku itew, seorang rakan telah menegur dan menyatakan bahawa sekarang potongan badan saya mmg sudah jelas kelihatan. bahagian pinggang sudah mula mengecil...
saya berharap akan terus dapat mengurangkan lagi berat dengan herbalife sehingga mencapai berat sasaran iaitu 75kg untuk penghujung tahun ini.
Perhatikan gambar di atas dan senaraikan sendiri perubahan yang tidak begitu ketara terhadap diri saya....hopefully lebih banyak perkembangan positif di masa akan datang.

Dewi dengan Kebayanya?

Tak semak lagi syarat untuk pertandingan ratu kebaya...
Tapi sebab saya dah janji nak pose dengan kebaya, kena tunaikanlah...
tapi kebaya saya ni tak outstanding laks rasanya...lepas ni nak beli kain n suruh tailor yang sulamkan..senang..tp mahal sket arrr..huhuhu.....duit duit dimana kau duit...

okla..gambar ni agak bler2 arr...photographer yg suka tangkap gambar saya tu busy yesterday..so xderla dpt banyak gambar.... :(

kalau nak bagi clear, kena klik kat gamba..Testimoni diri sendiri - badan masih lagi lebar seperti sebelumnya...tapi perut buncit ku mmg tak kelihatan...wpun pada hakikatnya masih ada..terutama kalau pakai jeans..mmg jelas ketara..spare tyre yg dah pancet tu... saya sukalah...dgn herbalife..wpun blm lagi berhasil menguruskan badan...tapi badan ada kecil juga..postur badan ada improve juga..muka ada kecil juga...saya cukup puas hati, malah lebih daripada tu.

Nak kuruskan badan dengan herbalife, tetapi terbantut hasrat sbb nampak tak banyak berat saya yang turun? jangan begitu. Belum cuba belum tahu. Wpun saya tak mengalami penurunan berat badan yang banyak, tapi saya dpt banyak faedah dari herbalife seperti membantu meng'ejas' hormon saya supaya menjadi 'wanita sejati' :) --> ayat2 iklan ni ditaja oleh diri sendiri.....

Cinta Sejati Langit dan Laut

Saya suka citer ni...yesterday buat housekeeping mailbox n jumpalah dlm sent item...
Sementara tunggu update pasal berat saya, layan ni dulu.....

Cinta Sejati Langit dan Laut

Dahulukala, langit dan laut saling jatuh cinta. Mereka saling
menyukai di antara satu sama lain. Oleh sebab sangat sukanya laut
terhadap langit, warna laut sama dengan warna langit. Oleh sebab
sangat sukanya langit terhadap laut, warna langit sama denga warna
laut.

Setiap senja datang, si laut dengan lembut sekali membisikkan kata-
kata `Aku Cinta Padamu’ ke telinga langit. Setiap kali langit
mendengar bisikan penuh cinta laut terhadapnya, langit tidak
menjawab apa-apa , hanya tersipu-sipu malu dengan wajah kemerah-
merahan.

Suatu hari, datanglah awan. Melihat kecantikan si langit, awan terus
jatuh hati terhadap langit, bak cinta pandang pertama. Tetapi tentu
sahaja langit hanya setia mencintai laut. Setiap hari, langit hanya
mahu melihat laut sahaja. Awan berasa sedih tetapi ia tidak berputus
asa mencari cara dan akhirnya mendapat satu akal. Awan mengembangkan
dirinya seluas dan sebesar mungkin serta menyusup ke tengah-tengah
di antara langit dan laut. Ia berusaha menghalangi pandangan langit
dan laut terhadap satu sama lain.

Laut berasa marah kerana tidak dapat melihat langit. Laut
mengeluarkan gelombangnya bagi mengusir awan yang mengganggu
pandangannya. Tetapi tentu sekali usahanya tidak berhasil. Lalu
datanglah angin yang sejak dulu mengetahui hubungan cinta langit dan
laut. Angin berasakan perlu membantu langit dan laut menyingkirkan
awan yang mengganggu perhubungan mereka yang sekian lama terjalin.

Dengan tiupan keras dan kuat, angin meniup awan. Lantas terpecah-
pecahlah awan menjadi berselerak ke banyak bahagian, sehingga ia
tidak berupaya lagi melihat langit dengan jelas dan tidak mampu lagi
untuk mengungkapkan perasaannya terhadap langit. Kerana rasa
terseksa menanggung perasaan cinta yang menggunung tinggi terhadap
langit, awan menangis sedih.

Hingga sekarang, kasih antara langit dan laut tidak dapat
dipisahkan. Kita juga dapat melihat di mana mereka menjalin kasih.
Setiap kali memandang ke hujung laut, di mana ada garisan horizon
yang menemukan langit dan laut, di situlah mereka sedang berpacaran.

Thinking about YOU :) - yang ni bukan thinking abt my dearest bloggers friend taw, ni thinking abt somebody yang saya pernah gila-gilakan kejap tu..tapi..skrg ni dah dpt control dah..takderla gila byg sgt...sbb dah berputus asalah kununnya..tp semenjak hari raya hari tu..almost every night mimpikan dia jer..angau kot..hahah..tp 2-3 menjak (hari) ni dah ok dah... mungkin sbb dah jumpa kot.. apa2pun dah taknak meletak harapan dah...

Weight

This is because having a lot of fat on your stomach is more of a health risk than fat on other parts of your body. Your waist measures 102 cm - this is well above the recommended level, and you bring substantial health benefits by bringing your waist measurement closer towards the recommended range.

Weight History
Many people put on weight gradually throughout their adult life, and it is fairly easy to do so without really noticing. Others may put on weight more quickly and there may be reasons that they can identify for this.

Your weight puts you into the overweight BMI range and you say that it has gone up in the past 5 years/ over adult life. Preventing further weight gain is the most important first step in weight management and staying healthy. You can achieve this by making changes to eating and activity patterns. Once your weight gain has levelled off, you may then decide that you wish to make further changes to lose weight, and we recommend that you do this gradually.

You also mention that your weight has not gone up and down too much in the last 5 years/ over adult life. You say that you have never been told that you have a raised blood pressure or raised cholesterol level. These are both risk factors for heart disease. You can help to keep these at healthy levels by eating healthily and keeping active.

Eating Habits

Eating well is important for health regardless of your weight. If you do want to lose some weight then healthy eating is a central part of this. But, even if you do not want or need to lose any weight, moving towards a healthier way of eating can bring with it numerous health benefits. For example, a healthy heart and reduced cancer risk.

Meal Patterns
People who have a regular eating pattern tend to have lower cholesterol, better blood glucose control and lower weight. A regular eating pattern can also help control overeating. So this is an important part of weight control and a starting point of any healthy eating plan for those who do not eat regularly at present. From what you told us in the questionnaire, you already have a regular eating pattern, which gives you a head start. You should stick with it while concentrating on adjusting what you eat and how much.

Building up good meal time habits and making time to enjoy food can really help with getting healthy eating habits in place for you and, if you have children, the whole family. You also say that when you buy these foods, you don't particularly look for healthy choices. Making some healthier choices when out could make a real difference to your food intake, and may be something that you consider.

Food Shopping
Aim to make your home a healthy food zone! Although it sounds obvious, you can only eat the foods that are available to you. It is much more difficult to resist those chocolate biscuits on the kitchen table than it is to avoid buying them in the first place!

At the moment, you do not seem to focus so much on making healthy choices when food shopping. There may be some small things that you could begin to do to make your home a healthier food zone.

Things Affecting Your Eating
Lots of different things affect our eating. We need food in order to supply our bodies with energy and nutrients, however there are many other reasons that may cause us to eat as well!

You say that you sometimes eat when not physically hungry. You also say that you often eat when bored and sometimes eat if worried, stressed, depressedThis could be adding extra calories and may even leave you not feeling in complete control of your eating. . Food Choices
Balance
It is important to include a good balance of foods in your diet, in order to provide your body with all of the nutrients it needs to function properly. This is done by eating a range of different foods. You already have some balance to your eating. For example, including:
. starchy foods
. fish

There are other things that you could consider doing as well. For example:
. include some dairy (if liked) or alternative calcium-containing foods
. include some protein foods each day (eg. Meat, fish, eggs, nuts, tofu, pulses etc)
. work toward the 5+ per day fruit and vegetable recommendations

Fruit and veg
Fruit and vegetables are a good source of fibre as well as vitamins and minerals. You say you are eating 0-2 servings of fruit a week and eating 0-2 servings of vegetables a week. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables helps to reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. But most people in the UK don't eat enough fruit or vegetables - on average we eat only about 3 servings a day. It is recommended that people eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables every day.

According to your questionnaire answers, you need to think of ways to eat more fruit and vegetables.

Fat
Eating too much fat can mean overloading on calories and can increase blood cholesterol if you eat a lot of saturated (or animal) fat. Many of us eat too much fat.

Fibre
High fibre foods help to keep your gut healthy, contain health-giving vitamins and minerals and also help to fill you up. You say that you don't often eat wholegrain foods or pulses, and are not meeting the 5+ per day fruit and vegetable recommendations. Gradually increasing your intake of these foods will be helping to boost your fibre intake as well as your intake of other vitamins and minerals.

Type of fat
You say that you don't usually use an unsaturated vegetable oil for cooking. These types of fat are considered better for your heart than saturated animal fats like butter and cream. This is because your body makes cholesterol out of this saturated fat, so it may contribute to a raised blood cholesterol. Changing the types of fat you use may be a change that you consider. Oily fish contains a particularly beneficial type of fat called omega-3 fatty acids. This can help to keep your heart healthy. Examples of oily fish are salmon, trout, mackerel and sardines. You say that you regularly include fish in your diet, try to make one of these portions from oily fish.

Fluid
You say that you drink at least 6-8 cups of non-alcoholic fluid per day. This is excellent - you need this to stay well hydrated.

Processed foods
You say that you do not often have processed foods or ready made meals. Processed foods tend to contain more fat and salt that home-made, so it is good that these are not an everyday part of your diet.

Snacks
Chocolates, sweets, cakes and pastries contain a lot of fat and/or sugar, so it is good that you are not eating these on a regular basis. This is a good habit so try to maintain it!

Smoking
Smoking is the single most damaging habit for health. It is recommended that all smokers quit as a priority above all other lifestyle changes. It is a big plus to your health that you are not smoking.

Alcohol
The recommendations for alcohol intake are that you should keep within sensible limits. For women, this means no more than 2 units of alcohol a day, with regular alcohol-free days. For men, it means no more than 3 units a day, with regular alcohol-free days.

As you probably know, research suggests that moderate drinking (1 or 2 units a day) might offer some protection against coronary heart disease and stroke for men aged over 40 and for post-menopausal women. However, alcohol can have other consequences on health - for example it can raise blood pressure.

If you are aiming at weight loss or preventing weight gain, alcohol means 'empty calories'. For example, a pint of ordinary beer has 180 calories but doesn't have the nutrients that we need, such as starchy carbohydrate, protein, vitamins or minerals.

You say that on average you have approximately 0 to 7 units of alcohol per week. From the point of view of your general health, the amount you say you are drinking is within the recommended level for a woman.

Ada beberapa perkara yang saya update.....

1. Shoutbox - ramainya yang menjerit di dalam kotak jerit saya. cikemi, eza, koko, fiza, pfs, rozey, alinx, kimiey and sobby...tq sbb memenuhkan rumah saya wpun saya takder kat rumah... slmt hari raya and saya dah kembali ke office... sobby, pertandingan ratu kebaya? sebab demam punya pasal..sampai hari ni tak sempat nak posing lagi... agak2nya stella akan extend ke tak ek masa pertandingan??

2. Raya dan demam - raya ni saya demam. dah lama gak arr tak pernah demam time raya..hari ni dah raya ke 9, tp saya masih lagi demam..nak kata terlebih minum coke, xder gak..minum air kosong je selalu..

3. Herbalife Shakes - telah ditinggalkan semenjak 27/9/2008 sehingga yesterday 8/10/2008. Total number of days without herbalife = 12 hari. Hari ni dah start balik.

4. Berat terkini - masuk je rumah selepas perjalanan yang jauh, saya terus naik atas scale. mcm yang ku jangka, berat ku naik gilosh. 81.1kg :(. Tapi pagi tadi timbang, 80.6kg...mcm mana ni...tak taula..tengokla dlm minggu ni mcm mana..sbb abru start ambil Herbalife semula..rasanya dapatla cover balik kot..lagipun skrg tengah menses....

5. Period - herm..Alhamdulilah, period saya masih ok..wpun jarak harinya masih tidak mengikut kitaran yang normal...tetapi setiap bulan pasti akan ada. Nampaknya hormon saya dah ok dah..cuma kena mantapkan lagi..wakakaka

6. Pertandingan ratu kebaya - kalau stella batalkan perandingan ni sekalipun, saya akan tetap pose dengan kebaya. tapi tak tau lagi bila..sbb tengah demam ni...xder mood ank pose..muka pun nampak mcm menyakitkan mata je tengok...hahaha

okla..enuff for now..kena semak balik jadual ni...nak tengok kot2 ada kerja yang perlu disiapkan segera

Final TU:LWC (WoTA) dan weekly progress

kat atas ni berat terbaru adiwish..dgn result yg sungguh mengujakan. tahniah adiwish.. 75.0kg tu...
ni laks.berat terbaru saya yang sedikit mengecewakan...sedey ni...by right saya target reach my 77.5kg this week..mengapakah ini terjadi..kejamnya....berat saya naik wei....
tapi rasanya..punca dan sebab nya adalah kerana saya makan pitza dan kurang minum air...ataupun sbb saya kurang tdo..ataupun sbb tak lama lagi nak period..apa2lah...harap2 dpt kekalkan berat wpun dah raya nanti n masa tu teruskan berusaha lagi... herm 78.4 kg...mcm mana nak kira point ni..kena turunkan ker..

tapi..takyah sedih2..cm diperut ku sudah kurang 3cm walaupuna area alin semuanya maintain..:)

berat ni adalah secara official untuk minggu terakhir TU:LWC dan juga untuk update mingguan.
Jadual ni adalah pencapaian keseluruhan WoTA bagi TU:LWC. Kitorang berjaya mengurangkan sebanyak 6700 gram...sorry kepada adiwish sbb saya selalu je buat hal..menaikkan berat diri sendiri.....

Esok dah balik kampung. saya rasa sangat gembira..tp sedikit penat sbb tak packing lagi brg2..mlm tadi baru siap buat kuih semua..penat nya...patutnya bila dah penat, berat turun..ni tak...

okla..jumpa algi selepas raya dengan gambar kebaya...

Kepada yang berhari raya, selamat bergembira bersama keluarga tercinta dan jangan overdose 'makan kuih raya, rendang dan semuanya'

TU:LWC (WOTA) Week 10th
minggu ke 10 menyaksikan berat naik dari jumaat lepas..mungkin sbb makan sedikit food masa sahur.. :(. jadi compare to week 9, mmg x ada penurunan..masih ekkal di tangga 78.0..nasib baik tak naik lagi... compare to alst thursday laks..naik 200g...

Kena Overtake
pfs telah berjaya mengovertake diriku ini..alamak..apesal arr..semua org kayuh laju..chayo..chayo..adakah fasa menses ku sudah mahu kembali.. oh tidak.tak sanggup rasanya membayar puasa yang banyak....tapi ok gak arr..dah 3-4 taun dah i asekkk posa full jer..sekali kena menss 2 round di bulan puasa ok le tue...

Basikal / Stepper
Hujung minggu yang lepas..telah pergi shopping2...my uncle suruh pegi bli RAM..so..sambil jln2..singgah di kedai alat sukan dan telah tergoda dgn satu alat senaman ni..yang boleh jadi basikal n boleh jadi stepper (betul ke nama dia ni? belasah je la..)...dan sebab ada offer..saya telah menandakan alat tersebut sebagai must buy item..har har har.... tunggu gaji.. apa beza alat ni dgn basikal biasa? herm..dia target whole body manakala basikal yang biasa tu target lower body jer... :)

Kena berusaha siapkan sebanyak mana kek yang mampu sbb bila sampai kampung..nak goyang kaki je (itupun kalau sempat)..selalunya kena temankan my mom and my dad g sopping raya..bli kacang2an, air gas..dan benda2 yang sewaktu dgnnya... dan sebab balik kampung my sis yang drive sorang selama >12 jam.. urusan pergi ke pasar semasa di kampung di amanahkan kepada saya...dahla jln dari kampung ke pasar tu sgt 'licin'....hahah..alahai..nasib badan...

So, ni dia senarai kek lapis yang kena buat..sempat ke ni?? Insya-Allah sempat lah kot..

Week 57

Dear all,
Hehe..formal laks rasanya...

ok..result hari ni..wpun x byk yang turun..saya dah mencapai fasa 77.* akhirnya...
pada yesterday (petang), setelah ditimbangtara, berat saya secara rasmi adalah 77.8kg :)
merasa sangat seronok dengan perkembangan tersebut...nak cakap apa lagi ek..xder idea arr..

Perkara yang ke2 berkaitan minggu terakhir pertandingan TULWC, saya akan upate berat terakhir saya pada hari jumaat next week instead of hari ahad. Ini adalah kerana saya akan balik bercuti ke kampung yang tiada internet (menjawab soklan pfs) dan juga susah nak dpt coverage phone serta tiada tipon rumah (tiap2 kali pilihanraya menang tanpa bertanding..ni la jadinya..)..

Jadi kalau berat saya tu tak turun sgt pun x apalah..adiwish kan ada...
*Adi, berat saya, saya akan update pada hari jumaat, berat adi dan total sum semua, adi buat pada hari ahad ye..ataupun nak buat pada hari jumaat gak? eheheh....

Kad Raya untuk Kawan-kawan

Kad Raya ni adalah yg plg simple pernah saya buat..tahun ni rasa mcm nak buat konsep minimalis jer..so...terimalahJadi kalau ada salah dan silap dlm berbicara tu harap maaf ek...sesungguhnya semua itu sangat tidak disengajakan...
Bagi yang akan balik ke kampung..slmt berjumpa keluarga tercinta....bagi yang drive..berhati2 dijalan raya...dan..

1. menilai orang berdasarkan gerak hati. Contohnya, kalau seseorang tu nampak tak best untuk dijadikan kawan, saya takkan kawan dgn dia n selalunya gerak hati saya betul...kiranya, saya kawan dgn org yang ada chemistry dgn saya sahaja and yg sehaluan serta sekepala...sebab sangat tak suka org yang annoying..
2. bercita-cita memiliki pasangan hidup yang berkulit gelap dan sekadar sedap mata memandang. Taknak yang hensem sebab takut semua orang tengok dia nanti..susah nak jaga..wakakaka...
3. tak suka gosok gigi...sebab tu lah gigi saya tak pernah rosak kot...kalau hari cuti, saya pun bercuti dari menggosok gigi..kecuali kalau perlu keluar dari rumah, then baru sibuk nak cari berus gigi..hahah...geli? tak arr biasa jer..kalau tak percaya, bole try lps ni..
4. sangat cepat jatuh cinta..buat baik sikit je dah jatuh hati...tp plg sng jatuh hati kalau tertengok or bertentang mata dgn orang tu...dari mata turun ke hati kununnya...tp selalunya tak kekal lama..juga sgt cepat mengalah..kalau dah ada orang lain suka, saya akan undur diri...sadis..
5. sangat suka buat2 macam tahu semua benda...hahaha..kalau dulu bolehlah talk abt everything..tp sekarang, rasa mcm outdated laks..and semangat ingin tahu tu makin kurang...sbb tu la dah banyak benda saya tak tahu kot..
6. kawan2 dan orang sekeliling ingat saya ni kaya raya...sebenarnya..shh..ni rahsia taw..waakakakak...saya takder saving pon....
7. suka memasak..tugas2 lain sebagai seorang perempuan seperti mengemas rumah (plg tak suka mop lantai, dlm tahun ni rasanya, takder lagi saya pegang mop..biar org lain buat), cuci pinggan mangkuk, basuh, sidai dan lipat baju...
8. Tak suka tengok orang gemuk..walaupun...diri sendiri lebih kurang....kalau keluar ke shopping mall or mana2 tempat awam, bila tengok orang gemuk, I will ask my sister, "eh, ko rasa badan dia dgn abdan aku, siapa besar lagi?"..kira mcm soklan motivasi arr ni..wakakak...
9. kalau tengok muvie..yang jiwang2 tu...mesti rasa berdebar2..mcm diri sendiri laks yang berlakon...over nih...citer sedih laks (citer pasal mak bapak and anak2...yg lain x minat)..mesti nangis..org dlm tv tak nangis lagi, saya dah nangis...cepat tersentuh..yeap..itulah konsonan yang kita cari...selalu ekna gelak dgn adik2 sbb tengok tv nangis2..hahah..tp sapa kisah..
10. kalau boleh, hari2 nak cuci rambut..setiap kali mandi..sbb tu selalu potong rambut pendek..kalau dah panjang, nampaknya kena cuci petang je la..tp kepala gatal arr...x selesa....
11.Tak suka orang panggil Ani (nama penuh saya Mahani Huja Husin), panggil nama lain bole...Nani ke (ni panggilan kat rumah), dewi ke..apa2 la.. tp kawan2 kat office panggil mahani jer..
12. Mempunyai stok tudung hitam yang boleh digunakan selama seminggu tanpa perlu diulang semula..banyak giler tudung hitam pelbagai corak dan sulaman..hahah....
13. Tak suka drive..kalau adik saya ada..saya mmg akan jadi full time co-pilot...dulu masa dia sambung belajar, saya kenalah drive...laju tak laju arr tekan sampai 100+ hahaha...gilosh..and yg plh best..belum sampai seminggu dpt driving license..kemalangan pertama saya adalah masuk ke dalam longkang besar..menyebabkan kereta yang baru berusia 2 minggu itu masuk workshop selama +- sebulan....
14. sangat tak suka benda manis terutamanya minuman...rasa mcm loya je kalau minum minuman yang manis..uwekk...
15. lebih rapat dengan my dedi dari my mom...sbb my dedi ni sporting gilosh..my mom, semua benda tak bole... haha...kita dgn dedi mcm kengkawan jer...dgn mak pun sama..tp mak, biasalah..dia ni banyak sikit protokol nyer..wahahah..

Aduish la..penat betul nak menjawab.....menepati kehendak soalan ke tak jawapan saya ni?
nasib baik bukan 20, 30, or 100..kalau tak, tak tau dah nak jawab apa...

TU:LWC (week 9), 29 and others

1. Mola-mola sekali...saya nak letak gambar untuk tulwc untuk dieksport ke dlm forum...Atas tu berat saya..herm..dah dapat reach 78.0kg...tak sabar nak tengok angka tu bertukar kepada 77.*kg :)Yang kedua ni laks..berat adiwish...wallauwee...sudah mencapai 76.9kg tu...mengapakah saya dikalahkan dengan sebegini teruk??? tak apa..akan ku kejar dikau wahai adiwish..

2. 29 tahun... yg pertama sekali..terima kasih di atas ucapan2 slmt jadi dari kawan2... terima kasih....herm... sempena umo yang ke 29 ni..apakah perbezaan yang paling ketara kalau compare dengan usia 28 tahun? Setahun yang silam..pada tarikh yang sama, berat saya adalah pada tahap 84.0kg atau mungkin lebih..sbb masa tu timbang guna scale yg biasa....skrg..setahun kemudian, dgn digital scale..berat saya adalah 78.0kg... berapa berat yang kurang? 6kg..walaupun tidak kedengaran begitu banyak..tp sebenarnya mmg amat banyak.....
herm..
Birthday kali ni..x meriah sgt..my sis belanja cake fr secret recipe and hadiahkan mp3 player yg cumil..sgt kecil...tp ada 4gb free space..byk tu...dgn harapan..boleh temankan saya masa jog or lepak di gym..wahahaha...

3. Others - dua minggu lagi ank balik kampung..kuih muih perlu disiapkan..so hari sabtu shopping brg kuih and hari ahad (yesterday) prepare keperluan sikit2....hari ni start 1st project..popia ribbon..haha..penat la duduk karang...

okla..busy sgt hari ni..tak dpt nak merapu banyak2...

Week 56 : Progress and such

Herm...dah minggu ke 56. Bagi saya secara rasminya selepas seminggu berpuasa (sbb minggu pertama saya 'direhatkan' dari berpuasa...:)

Berat badan diambil pada pukul 5.3* yesterday dan saya berjaya mencapai bacaan 78.4kg. herm..dapat satu lagi point nampaknya...tapi tak memberangsangkan sangatlah progress nya... mungkin sbb ada masanya saya skip supper with HL menjadikan pengambilan shake kepada 1 kali sehari sahaja. Next week nak test mengambil shakes 2 kali setiap hari..bukan apa..kadang2 perut penuh sgt dgn air...kadang2 penuh dgn food..tu yang tak muat nak sumbat dgn shake lagi...

PEngambilan air secara purata mmg sangat kurang...ada sekali saya mengambil air yang sangat banyak sehinggakan saya merasa perut penuh giler dgn air..ish..tak selesa..and taknak buat dah.. :)

Apa lagi ek perkembangan sepanjang bulan puasa ni? ye..awal pagi mmg sangat susah la nak buka mata...masa sahur tu ok..tp bila dah tdo balik after sahur...and satu time lagi after solat maghrib..sbb solat kat rumah je...mak aih..mataku ini amatlah sukar untuk dibuka... tp dgn green tea..rasa segar la pulak..problemonya...mlm laks tak boleh nak tdo..rasa aktif semacam je..kenalah paksa diri tdo..kalau minum teamix, tak rasa mcm ni laks..

hohohoho..sangat panjanglah rapuan saya pada hari ini..pada yang masih membaca sehingga ke aprt ini...tq ya...n chiow...

TULWC: Week 8

Berat untuk minggu ke 8 TULWC nampaknya telah menunjukkan hasil yang sedikit positif. Berat ini diambil pada pukul 5 petang 7 September 2008.
+ dalam bulan puasa ni, proses mengambil berat badan akan dilakukan pada jam 5-6 petang kerana pada masa tersebut paling sedikit makanan yang ada di dalam perut.

Hari ni adalah hari ke 3 saya berpuasa..ehehe...perut rasa mcm kembung gilosh sbb banyak minum air..jadi kesannya tak dapat minum shakes untuk supper menjadikan pengambilan shakes kepada 1 kali sahaja kelmarin. Bagi mengatasi masalah tersebut, saya akan mencuba berbuka puasa dengan shakes dan kurma sahaja...tengoklah, tahan ke tak perut saya ni..ehehe...

Untuk ticker, taknak update dulu sbb takut berat tak menentu..kena tunggu friday la..kalau konfirm berat dah turun..baru akan update ticker..hahah

okla..nak stop dulu...hari ni byk keje kena buat..perut pun amsih kembung lagi..tata..
