2 ketul ikan goreng
1 senduk sayur

3.30 pm
1 karipap + nescafe

snek
1 apple + 10 almonds

dinner
daging grill (mcm ketagih laks..haha..)
sayur kobis+udang

supplement: pagi - fish oil (multivit dah habis), mlm- vit e + gingko biloba

Hari ni start balik Oxidizer

1 slice wholemeal + 1 sudu peanut butter
1 gelas green tea

minum pkl 10 (cheating nih)
2 jenis kuih + 1 cup nescafe susu

lunch
nasi separuh + ayam masak kicap + sayur lobak putih

snek
green apple + 20 almond

dinner
sayur kobis
daging grill (1st time buat-sedap lerr...)

rasanya menu untuk hari pertama setelah insaf ni oklah kot... :)

Ish...saya mengalami masalah to stick with my oxidizer routine..
dah dekat 2 weeks..

so, saya dgn ini berjanji akan resume my oxidizer diet start from tomorrow...
