Hari ni start balik Oxidizer
bfast
1 slice wholemeal + 1 sudu peanut butter
1 gelas green tea
minum pkl 10 (cheating nih)
2 jenis kuih + 1 cup nescafe susu
lunch
nasi separuh + ayam masak kicap + sayur lobak putih
snek
green apple + 20 almond
dinner
sayur kobis
daging grill (1st time buat-sedap lerr...)
rasanya menu untuk hari pertama setelah insaf ni oklah kot... :)

x lagi..hari ni ada bowling..
n multivit dah hbs..lps ni g bli lg la..
dah ok dah menu ya for restart. aku ber puasa ganti.
