2 scramble eggs - lupa nak tulis mlm td..
11pm
nasi ayam + ayam panggang + sedikit acar timun
1 cup kopi susu
lunch
2 ketul ikan goreng
1 senduk sayur
3.30 pm
1 karipap + nescafe
snek
1 apple + 10 almonds
dinner
daging grill (mcm ketagih laks..haha..)
sayur kobis+udang
supplement: pagi - fish oil (multivit dah habis), mlm- vit e + gingko biloba

hai dewi...oats kene combine dengan protein...4 hard boiled egg whites..okay
eheh...lupa..saya ambil dgn 2 scramble eggs...lupa nak tulis :)
