Week 36

Minggu ke 36.
Akhirnya...selepas minggu lepas naik gila2...i manage to shed balik almost byk mana yang naik. sekurang2nya...its 77.* again...
I am so happy with the progress. dlm seminggu kurang about 900g...selalunya paling banyak kurang pun 500g jer...most probably due to my workout....
kena teruskan buat work out...o yeah...
so, next week plan to reach 77.5kg...pray for me yea...but it will be a very challenging process sbb i am flying to KL for 2 days course...plan to stick with my shakes..but god knows how hard it will be...hahahaha...
apa lagi nak story kat sini ek?
herm..satu lagi baju yang dulunya tak muat dah boleh pakai semula...heppi..heppi...
tp berat memang slow sikit nak kurang after detox ni...hahahaha....it's ok..mungkin juga i am gaining weight due to my workout...tp..next week terpaksa la skip beberapa hari workout..xper...shopping pun kira mcm workout gak kan???
till then...gtg and chiow...
