Jom kita review Strategic Planning yg saya dah buat awal2 dulu dan cari cara untuk memastikan target tercapai
Start at 86.5kg (August 2007)
1st Phase (ends December 2007)
Target to reach 79kg - status: complete but manage to reach 83.4kg only due to lack of diciplines
2nd Phase (ends March 2008)
Target to reach 79kg - status: complete and 100% successfull @ 77.7kg
3rd Phase (ends May 2008)
Target to reach 75kg - status: complete without achieve the target. Back to 78.3kg
4th Phase (ends August 2008)
Target to reach 69kg - status: not started
5th Phase (ends December 2008)
Target to reach 65kg - status: not started *considering Ramadhan and Aidilfitri
6th Phase (ends March 2009)
Target to reach 59kg - status: not started * Finale

ko set goal, lps ya ko break upnya kepada goal2 kecik supaya dpt dicapai...
lps ya set kan time frame..perlu realistik..sik boleh terlalu cepat and sik boleh terlalu lambat..
lepas ya plan sehingga dpt reach goal ya...
harap2 ko fahamlah apa yg aku bebelkan..eheheh.
ooo. aku rs mcm pernah buat. cuma time frame ya sik sure.
