Jumaat lepas dah timbang, tp tak sempat nak update sbb xder tenet....
so, progressnya- jumaat lepas berat naik balik kepada 81.7kg...x tau knp...
mungkin sbb shakes dah habis kot...
lagi pula mungkin terlebih mkn nasi...ehehhe..tengoklah minggu ni mcm mana...nak order hl dulu...
