Oxidizer Day 27 - super fail menu

Day 27
hari ni my sis lepak kat rumah,
so, sbb ibu mengandung tersebut jarang balik, saya kena masaklah...
saya sekaligus mengambil kesempatan tersebut, mencuba resipi baru.
a. apam coklat mekar dari myresipi.com - sedap dan gebu..
b. frittata campak2 - kena mkn dgn sos baru sedap..

apa yg saya dah mkn hari ni?
bfast
1 wholemeal
1 sudu peanut butter

in between - merasa 3 biji apam coklat mekar :) size 1 biji = 1 papercup besar
sambil, minum air teh...

lunch
nasi-separuh
sayur sawi (pahit), masak sup - adik sy mengidam
kari ayam bersama kentang, tp sy ambil satu ketul kecil kentang sahaja dan daging ayam, 4-5 potong kecil.

in between - makan lagi 2 biji apam coklat..huhu..
bila frittata dah masak -makan laks 2 senduk fritatta..tp frittata ni x der lemak..cuma telur, crab yg panjang2 tuh, sayur campur, udang, susu sket, cheese sbg topping.

dinner
makan nasi lagi - 1 pinggan
kari ayam 4-5 potong kecil + 1 potong kecil kentang.
mana sayur?

setakat 7.40pm nih...tu la makanan yg dah masuk ke perut beta...ntah apa2 la..
-lps ni nak makan supplemen laks....

*adalah dimaklumkan kepada semua, esok saya akan meneruskan rutin seperti biasa...
*nak mkn frittata sbg sarapanlah.. :) rasanya kena mkn cereal or roti lagi ke bila ambil fritatta nih?

Frittata is an egg-based dish similar to an omelette or quiche, either simple or enriched with additional ingredients such as meats, cheeses, vegetables or pasta. It may be flavored with herbs.

Preparation
A frittata may be baked, or it may be started in a frying pan. When started on a stove top the frittata can be finished in an oven or under a broiler. Or it may be flipped and finished in the pan.

Frittata preparation differs from omelette preparation in that the eggs are beaten to incorporate air where the eggs for omelettes usually are stirred with less air incorporated. The additional air in the frittata mixture allows for a deeper filling and a fluffier result. Ingredients to be incorporated into a fritatta are added to the pan before the egg mixture (in a French omelette they are added after).


A frittata is usually served in radial slices like a pizza.
