1/2 rice
kepala ikan masak asam pedas (tp yg spoilnya kepala ikan tu digoreng-deep fry)*
*before this makan kat tpt lain, xder plak diorang goreng ikan sampai rangup..hancus
sayur-2 hiris tomato + bendi = failAktiviti: main 3 games bowling sampai berpeluh2...
hari ni menu x memberangsangkan sangat....:(

Spaghetti bolognaise tu...tak ok
kalau makan meat balls saja ok/spaghetti tu sket tak per..refined carbs
ok sis..will take that into no no list later :)
